Anyone know of a good/cheap place to get a passport photo taken?

i know that you can get them at the post office, kinkos, and walgreens. sometimes walgreens has a special which is usually on their silent radio sign. i'd watch for those.
at kinkos, they use a digital camera, so you can preview the picture before you get it printed.

I'm pretty sure that Sam's Club does passport photos now, too. I don't know how much they cost, though.
