One of those days

Do you ever have those days where you are just freaking out for no good reason? Today is one of those days for me. I can't be rational. I just can't. I even had lunch with a friend hoping that would help calm me down but no such luck. I am just going to give up and go crawl into bed... as soon as class and work are over.
