We Haven't Had A "Thankful Thursday" in a while
I know there are good reasons why we have not had a Thankful Thursday but I can't wait for the next one. For those who are unfamiliar, this is a tradition started not by me but it is a chance to write about something you are thankful for.
This week I am thankful that God is sovereign because what I think will or should happen usually couldn't be more wrong or unfruitful. I am thankful that my headphones which were only playing in my right ear decided to play in both ears on the way home from school today. I am thankful that God provides the Holy Spirit to groan on our behalves because my words are inadequate. If you have read my blog, you are already very familiar with this fact. I am thankful for the promises in the Bible and the glimpses of God's character that are revealed in scripture and seen in everyday life. I am thankful that all things speak to God's glory.

I am thankful for God's ... creative ways of reminding us to follow Him. This week, I keep running across verses that essentially say "Pray!" "Pray more!" "Keep praying!" I think it's really fun the way God is so consistent in his reminders, and at the same time, so creative.

Me too! I like studying with people.
I am also thankful that my final went well on Friday.
