Thankful Thursday

I am thankful that my father is a fighter. Even with the seriousness of his condition, he is able to joke about things like the professional massage he gets every night to try and relax him. I am thankful that strangers like my aunt's pastor's father took time out of their schedule to visit my father in the hospital and pray with him. I am thankful that my father is seeking the Lord.
My entire family is thankful for all of the support they are receiving during this time.
I am also thankful for God's promises that provide us with joy in difficult times.
